DS18 FRP-2.5K/BL Full-Range Class D Mono Amplifier

Build a high-output system with the DS18 FRP-2.5K/BL. This compact, single-channel Class D amplifier delivers a listed 2,500W RMS at 1 ohm. Unlike a bass-only mono amplifier, its full-range design and adjustable crossover filters allow it to be configured for bass, mid-range, or high-frequency applications when matched and tuned correctly.

Plan the Power and Speaker Load

Match the amplifier to your speakers’ power handling and final wired impedance. A high-output installation needs properly sized power and ground wiring, suitable fuse protection, and an electrical system capable of supporting the amplifier. Set the crossover filters and gain for the speakers being driven. The protective PCB coating does not establish that the amplifier is waterproof.
