Metra LOC-FDH2 Amplifier Integration T-Harness for Select Ford Vehicles

Keep your factory radio and build your audio upgrade around it. The Metra LOC-FDH2 provides connections for adding a subwoofer amplifier, powered subwoofer, or 4-channel amplifier to select Ford vehicles with non-amplified factory audio systems.

Add Bass or Upgrade Your Speaker Amplification

For a subwoofer upgrade, the mating plugs remain connected so the factory speakers continue receiving power from the radio. A pre-wired speaker-level audio output on the radio side provides a signal connection for a dedicated subwoofer amplifier or powered subwoofer.

For a 4-channel amplifier installation, the 8-pin connectors and harnesses can be reconfigured to route the aftermarket amplifier's outputs through the factory speaker wiring. Labels identify the wires to disconnect and the connections for the amplifier outputs.

This is an integration T-harness with speaker-level connections. Compatibility with Axxess active line output converters does not establish that a converter is included. Confirm the required LOC, amplifier input type, and any additional accessories before ordering. The harness's fused 12V connection is not a substitute for an aftermarket amplifier's appropriately sized power wiring.
